Who We Are
We are a community of people on a journey, and none of us have arrived. Together we just want to grow and be more like the people God created us to be, people marked by unconditional love towards God and towards all of humanity. Our prayer is simply that you would encounter the living Christ. No games, no gimmicks, no masks, no judgement. He meets us where we are, and none are beyond His love.
Here at The Light, we use LIGHT as an acronym to help us remember the mission God has called us to as a church:
L – Loving God and loving man (Mark 12:30-31)
I – Investing our time talents and treasure (Matt. 6:21)
G - Going to those who are lost and hurting (Luke 10:30-37)
H - Honoring one another (Phil. 2:3-4)
T - Teaching each other in order to be equipped for Gods service (Matt. 28:19-20)
